About us

Your Partner in Positive Change

The name Elementa reflects our belief that psychological wellbeing is one of the fundamental building blocks of life.

How we think, feel, relate to others, respond to pressure and make sense of our experiences influences so much of how we live. Psychology is not separate from everyday life; it is woven through it.

Elementa was created around this idea. By understanding the different elements that shape our wellbeing, we can begin to make sense of what feels difficult, recognise patterns and create meaningful change.

Our role is to help you explore those elements with warmth, curiosity and clinical expertise, giving you a clearer understanding of yourself and what may help you move forward.

A shared approach, centered around you

Although each of our Clinical Psychologists brings different experience, perspectives and therapeutic approaches, we are united by the same values: thoughtful care, clinical integrity and a genuine commitment to understanding the person behind the difficulty.

At Elementa, we believe effective therapy begins with feeling heard, safe and taken seriously. From there, we work collaboratively to help you make sense of what you are experiencing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move towards meaningful change.

If you feel Elementa could be the right fit for you, the next step is to arrange an initial assessment.

Ready to Get Started?

We’ll start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation at a time that suits you. It’s a chance to talk through what’s going on, ask questions and see whether Elementa feels like the right fit.
