Dr Natasha Melunsky
Dr Natasha Melunsky is a Clinical Psychologist with a broad range of experience supporting people through emotional and psychological difficulties including stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, grief and trauma.
Natasha began her training with a BSc in Psychology at the University of Exeter, graduating with a first-class degree, before completing an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences at University College London and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey.
She has worked across a range of services including community mental health, child and adolescent services, and forensic settings, supporting children, adults, families and wider systems. This breadth of experience has shaped Natasha’s thoughtful, collaborative and person-centred approach, with therapy tailored to the individual and their specific needs.
In her clinical work, Natasha draws integratively from a number of evidence-based models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Systemic Family Therapy (SFT).
Natasha is also trained in Autism Spectrum Condition assessments using the ADOS and ADI-R, and ADHD assessment using the DIVA-5.
